Information you choose to share
Contact and support forms collect only the information you enter. This may include your name, contact details, location, availability, preferences and information about the loss or question bringing you to FHGR. Please share only what feels necessary for the first response.
How FHGR uses it
FHGR uses form information to respond, thoughtfully route your request and arrange appropriate next steps. Contact, griever and TeleConnect requests are sent to designated FHGR personnel and are not automatically added to the fundraising database or newsletter list.
Newsletter and donor information
Newsletter signups are recorded in Bloomerang CRM and used for the communications you requested. You may unsubscribe at any time. Donations are securely processed by Bloomerang Fundraising/Qgiv; FHGR does not receive or store complete payment-card information on this website.
Services that help the site work
FHGR uses service providers for website hosting, email delivery, spam protection, maps, analytics, newsletter signup and donation processing. Those providers may process the limited information needed to deliver their services under their own privacy terms. FHGR does not sell personal information.
Cookies and site measurement
The site may use cookies or similar technologies to operate forms, prevent abuse and understand general website use. Site measurement helps FHGR improve navigation and resources; it is not used to diagnose visitors or make decisions about eligibility for support.
Retention and access
FHGR limits access to people who need the information to respond or support its work. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, recordkeeping or applicable legal obligations, then deleted or securely disposed of when practical.
Children and young people
This website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent, guardian, school or other responsible adult should contact FHGR about services for a child.
